Root-cause nutrition grounded in Ayurveda and evidence-based nutritional science supporting your body, mind & every age and stage of your life.

Root-cause nutrition grounded in Ayurveda and evidence-based nutritional science supporting your body, mind & every age and stage of your life.
I offer integrative nutritional support across three areas each grounded in the same root-cause, whole-person philosophy.

If your gut has been the centre of your health struggles bloating, IBS, food sensitivities, histamine issues this is where we start.

Hormonal issues, blood sugar imbalances, weight challenges, chronic fatigue the full metabolic picture, not just one piece of it.

Nutritional support to fortify your terrain, rebuild after treatment, and use nutrition as a proactive tool for long-term resilience alongside your existing oncology care.

My approach draws on Ayurvedic medicine, evidence-based nutritional science, and for those navigating challenging health journeys including cancer, the Terrain Ten framework woven together around your unique body, health journey, and goals.

Your dosha type shapes everything the foods, rhythms, and lifestyle practices that bring your unique body into balance.

We investigate why not just what. Nutrition plans address the underlying drivers of your symptoms, not a list of things to avoid.

For cancer clients, the Terrain Ten framework guides a whole-system approach to fortifying the body’s internal environment.

This describes many of the clients who come to see Manjiri. The integrative approach combining Ayurvedic clinical assessment with functional nutrition often reveals drivers that standard assessments have not looked for. The free 15-minute call is the right place to have this conversation honestly before committing to a full consultation.
Not without clinical reason. Restriction is a tool used selectively for example, an elimination trial to identify food sensitivities not a default approach. The goal is always to build a dietary pattern that is as broad, varied, and enjoyable as your health picture allows.
Yes and this is expected. Nutritional support works alongside your medications, not instead of them. All supplement recommendations are reviewed against your full medications list before being included in your plan. Any changes to medications are always the responsibility of your prescribing physician.
This depends entirely on the complexity of your health picture and your goals. Simple presentations may achieve their goals in 4–6 appointments. Complex, chronic, or multi-system conditions typically benefit from 6–12 months of regular support. The free discovery call gives a realistic sense of what is appropriate for your situation.
Many extended health benefit plans cover Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) or Natural Nutritional Clinical Practitioner (NNCP) consultations. Coverage varies by plan and provider so please check your plan details or contact your benefits administrator to confirm. Receipts are provided for all consultations.
Yes. Virtual consultations are available for clients anywhere in Canada and internationally. The clinical experience is the same intake forms, full consultation, written plan, and follow-up all work seamlessly online.
